Our View

A security entry system gives access to the communal entrance hall where there is also a residents lounge and laundry. A staircase and or lift then leads to the second floor. As you enter the apartment there is a good size private entrance hall which then gives access to the principle rooms. The main living room is an excellent size with double glazed windows to two elevations making it very light and airy and there is plenty of space for a couple of sofas along with a dining table and chairs. Just off the living room is the kitchen which has a range of fitted units, inset sink, oven and hob and plumbing for a washing machine should the purchaser choose not to use the residents laundry. There are two bedrooms, both doubles with bedroom one being a particularly good size and fitted with an extensive range of wardrobes. The bathroom has a three piece suite which includes a shower over the bath. For additional peace of mind the apartment is fitted with an emergency pull cord system. Externally there are attractive and well kept communal gardens and a car park. No chain.
