The Kitchen/Diner has a range of base and wall units with integral gas hob with extractor fan over, Integral electric oven, provision for appliances. The Turned staircase goes from the entrance hall to the first floor landing where there is loft access, 3 bedrooms and family bathroom which comprises: white suite with shower over the bath. The airing cupboard is off the bathroom where the gas combi boiler is located. Externally there is a small front garden and the rear garden is lawned with patio areas. 

LOCATION: Situated in the historic town of Beaumaris, which is on the bank of the Menai Strait on the Isle of Anglesey. The town is a popular tourist destination with attractions such as the medieval castle, moat and walled jail plus several craft and gift shops. It also boasts a fine choice of restaurants and inns and has 2 golf courses, a pier, an extensive promenade and green. There is also a primary school nearby and the university city of Bangor is approximately 7 miles distant on the mainland.
