" Both bedrooms are doubles with the main bedroom being especially roomy. This residence does require a degree of remedial work and modernising to bring it up to modern day standards, making it ideal for investors and developers! The property has partial uPVC double glazing including the rear door and has a gas fire fitted in the lounge. The accommodation briefly comprises: Entrance Hall, Sitting Room, Lounge, Kitchen, Landing, 2 Bedrooms and Bathroom. There's good potential here and we recommend early viewing.  

LOCATION The community of Twthill appeals for being just out of town yet convenient for easy access to the amenities within Caernarfon, including the schools and leisure facilities. The main shopping area is within easy walking distance whilst Twthill has two convenience stores, a fish and chip shop and public house. Caernarfon is a busy market town, a major tourist destination and the administrative centre for the county of Gwynedd.
