Housenetwork are pleased to offer this fantastic detached house set in an idyllic location. Situated on the beautiful Snowdonia coast with the sea and its beaches in front and the National Park behind, this spacious three bedroomed home is located off the main road of the village in an enviable, south facing position overlooking the Porthmadog golf course with the beaches beyond.

The village of Morfa Bychan is situated alongside the famous large Black Rock Sands beach and provides a shop and post office, a pub and a regular bus service to Porthmadog town and the nearby seaside village of Borth Y Gest.
There are numerous other beaches within a short walking distance.

The small harbour town of Porthmadog, only 3km away, provides an array of convenient services with 3 supermarkets, a large leisure centre with indoor pool, a main post office, 3 banks, many shops, and 2 medical centres. Its harbour and yacht club provide a haven for boaters and there are numerous bus services from the town as well as a main line railway station close to the centre. There is also a new NHS hospital on the edge of the town along with three care homes for the elderly.

Nearby are Pwllheli with its sailing academy and huge marina approx.15 miles, ancient Caernarfon approx 23, and the University town of Bangor 29 miles. Liverpool and Manchester are both approximately 2.25 hours away by car. Fast Virgin trains run from Bangor to London and other cities. There are theatres and cinemas in Pwllheli and nearby Harlech.
