" This most attractive apartment is situated on the outskirts of Barmouth, opposite Barmouth Bridge, yet within reach of the town centre and harbour. There are spectacular views of the Mawddach Estuary and Cader Idris Range from each front facing room. Numerous walks are on the door step - both 'on the flat' by crossing Barmouth railway bridge and onwards towards Dolgellau along a disused railway line now opened as a cycle/pedestrian path known as the 'Mawddach Trail'. Alternatively, mountain routes above Barmouth, including the famous 'Panorama Walk' can be easily reached. Parking is possible in the lay-by opposite the property and a footpath close by leads through public land to the beach below. With easy access to Barmouth town, its beaches, quay, shops, restaurants, pubs and facilities, the location means that all amenities can be reached without a car. This substantial Victorian semi-detached, double-fronted, four storey house is constructed of stone under a slated roof. The property is converted into three spacious appatments and has been re-roofed in recent years. A great deal of refurbishment has been carried out including re-wiring, new plumbing and installation of double-glazed units throughout. The Apartments have a security entry system connected.
