" A three bedroom Victorian house that has retained much of its original character, yet has been updated to have a modern finish. The high ceilings make the property feel more spacious; redecoration work has been completed throughout the house. The property has an enclosed back garden.

ENTRANCE HALL
The front door opens into the hallway; downstairs you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathroom.

LIVING ROOM
High quality timber-effect laminate flooring is laid in the living room which flows through into the dining room. Peach coloured wallpaper, white dado rail and brown stained skirting boards and architraves make up the decor. An inset coal-effect gas fire is fitted with marble surround and white painted mantle.

DINING ROOM
