" A stone built house that has the benefit of a garage and garden; the property has views over Wrexham and Cheshire. It has a fitted kitchen complete with appliances, two spacious bedrooms; separate lounge and dining room. The village of Brynteg benefits from having its own schools, shops and regular bus service; it is just over two miles from Wrexham town centre.

Curtains are hung over the lounge and bedroom windows with a roller blind fitted to the bathroom. The property has uPVC double glazed windows and doors and gas central heated installed.

LOUNGE
The front door opens into the lounge: hardwood internal glazed doors separate the dining room. The room is emulsion painted cream and fitted with a rustic oak laminate board floor covering. An inset gas fire and marfil stone surround is installed.

DINING ROOM
The laminate flooring is extended into the dining room; the textured wall paper is painted cream. A single winder staircase climbs to the bedrooms.

KITCHEN
From the dining room a glazed door opens into the galley kitchen. The cupboards have vinyl oak style doors: a display cabinet forms part of the design.
