" A spacious detached two bedroom bungalow situated on a particularly deep plot in the ever popular village of Groby.

LOCATION Woodbank Road is located on the peripheries of Groby, a village lying approximately six miles north west of Leicester city centre providing good access to the M1/M69 motorway networks and associated Fosse Retail Park; the village itself offers a wide range of local amenities catering for most day-to-day needs including a popular village school and public houses and is flanked by some of Leicestershire's most attractive open countryside.
