" Situated near Buckminster Road in Leicester, this extended semi-detached family home provides versatile family accommodation and is close to popular local shops, services, schools and other amenities. The property is approached by a driveway to the front with double gates and pathway to the front entrance door. This opens into the porch which is ideal for removing shoes and coats before entering the reception hallway. From here stairs rise to the first floor and there is a door to the kitchen. The lounge has a double glazed window to the front aspect and open plan access to the dining room. Sliding double doors give access to the wet room at the rear of the property which has a walk in shower, WC and wash basin. The kitchen is fitted with base level units and work surface areas. There is appliance space and open access to the breakfast room which forms part of the extension with the wet room. Access is given between the wet room and breakfast room. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a second shower room with WC. Bedrooms one and two have fitted wardrobes and all three bedrooms have double glazed windows.
