" This elegant architect designed detatched family residence of character was built about 1924 of predominantly rendered elevations above a low plinth of facing brick beneath a graduated Swithland slate roof.

The property has many distinctive Art Deco features, and has a wealth of American oak including some oak strip floors and an impressive oak staircase off the reception hall, leaded windows and a feature inglenook to the drawing room.

With the benefit of gas central heating, having two boilers, including a combination boiler for the upper floor, a security alarm and the original servants bell panel, the beautifully presented accommodation is approached via an arched entrance porch with exposed stone work leading to an exceptionally spacious reception hall with oak strip flooring, off which is a cloackroom/wc.
