" Offered with no upward chain is this three bedroom semi-detached property. Located within walking distance of a local shopping parade and conveniently located for both Leicester City Centre and Wigston Magna the property occupies a good size plot that does offer scope for extension subject to local planning permission. The property does require some cosmetic improvement and refurbishment but does benefit from UPVC double glazed windows and gas fired central heating. The property briefly comprises a good size lounge/diner that benefits from a dual aspect with large UPVC windows to both front and rear aspect. The lounge/diner also features a contemporary living flame gas fire inset into the chimney breast with timber mantelpiece. Off the lounge/diner is the kitchen. Although in need of refurbishment the kitchen does have a built-in four ring gas hob and built-in eye level electric oven. Off the kitchen there is a useful understairs pantry cupboard and also a ground floor WC and wash hand basin. There is an external door that provides access to the side and rear of the property. To the first floor there are three good size bedrooms, the master and second bedroom are both good size doubles. The master bedroom boasts three built-in storage cupboards. The garden is completed by a timber storage shed. There are good road links into Leicester city centre and access to junction 21 of the M1, whilst South Wigston train station is only a short walk. Proceed along, over the railway bridge and take the first left onto Glenborne Road.
