" Offered for sale with no upward chain is this three bedroom detached property. Occupying a generous South facing plot the property offers scope for extension subject to local planning permission. Although some cosmetic updating is required the property does benefit from recently fitted UPVC double glazed windows throughout and gas fired central heating via a 'Worcester Bosch' combination boiler. In addition the property boasts two reception rooms, three well proportioned bedrooms, off-road parking and a detached single garage. The property briefly comprises of an entrance hall, with original wooden parquet flooring, stairs rising to the first floor, a useful understairs storage cupboard off and window to the side aspect. Off the entrance hall there are doors through to the kitchen and living rooms. The living room features an original ceramic tiled fireplace with raised hearth and a bay window to the front aspect.
