" A vastly extended three bedroom semi-detached property occupying a sizeable south facing plot within the ever popular Wimpy development and in need of updating. The accommodation in brief: Entrance porch with a glazed hard wood door to: lounge which has a bow window to front, a wall mounted gas fire, under stairs storage cupboard and glazed double doors to the dining room which in turn has an archway through to the kitchen/breakfast room and a glazed door to: utility room which offers plumbing for a washing machine, glazed door to: shower room with a low flush wc, wash hand basin and an independent shower unit.
