" This extremely well presented three bedroom modern mid-town house offers spacious accommodation with feature dining kitchen. The accommodation in all comprises: Entrance hall, lounge, fitted dining kitchen, first floor landing, three bedrooms, bathroom/w.c. Outside: Gardens to front and rear with parking and garage set amongst a block.

DIRECTIONAL NOTE Winterburn Way is best approached as one leaves Loughborough along the A512 Ashby Road. Continue over the roundabout with Epinal Way and at the proceeding traffic lights take the right hand turn on to Schofield Road. Take the left hand turn on to Old Ashby Road, then right on to Hurstwood Road. Take the left hand turn on to Ladybower Road then right on to Winterburn Way where the property can be found in the far corner set back from the road. GENERAL COMMENT This three bedroom mid-town house demands an early inspection to truly appreciate the high standard of accommodation which can be found throughout. Particular features to the property include the superb dining kitchen which overlooks the attractive rear garden which is private from the back and enjoys views towards mature woodland. OUTSIDE - FRONT Set back from the road and accessed by a shared pathway with a lawned frontage and pathway leading to the front door. There is a useful outside store.
