" **Currently the best value property pounds per sq.ft in the area** A well presented spacious semi-detached house on Woodside Avenue. This property has been extended to create a larger living space, the kitchen and bathroom have been recently upgraded and the rear garden has also been redesigned. Internally the inner hall has been opened out to provide a more open and spacious feel. Stairs lead to the first floor and a door leads into the lounge/dining room.
The newly fitted kitchen includes attractive cream wall and base units with block wood effect worktops. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, stainless steel sink and half with drainer, recess for a fridge & freezer and recess and plumbing for a washing machine. The kitchen has been slightly altered to open out into the lounge/dining room. This creates a larger working space and brings more light into the area.
