Located in the very popular residential area of Hala stands this extended semi detached true bungalow towards the end of a quiet cul de sac. The home offers two double bedrooms, a spacious lounge, a generous sized kitchen diner and a separate utility room along with a three piece bathroom suite as you would expect. Externally there is a great sized rear garden which is split level and also backs onto open fields. The home is also double glazed & central heated has a driveway and also a garage.

THE LOCATION The Hala area of Lancaster is an exceptionally popular area of the city. Local amenities are within a short drive, with Booths supermarket being approximately 1 mile away. A regular bus service links the estate with the city.
