THE LOCATION Lunesdale Court is located on Derwent Road in the popular south Lancaster area of Freehold. The area ''Freehold'' was so named because it was created by a Freehold Land Society, a self-help organisation, fairly common in early Victorian England. Close by you will find Williamsons Park which offers approximately 52 acres of open public space and features the imposing Ashton Memorial and also the Butterfly House. The area is a mix of properties, ranging from small apartments, through to large Victorian residences making this a popular area for all types of buyers. This particular property offers great views across Lancaster and towards the seaside town of Morecambe. Follow this road up the hill over the canal bridge which turns into Moor Gate and then at the cross roads, take a left onto Quernmore Road and then take your next left onto Derwent Road, where you will find Lunesdale Court further along on your right.
