" Located in the Dingle area of Liverpool is this two-bedroom terrace property. Brought to the sales market via Red Rooves Limited, this property sold with no chain and would be ideal for those investors looking to add to their property portfolio or first time buyers.

Netherby St is situated in the Dingle area of Liverpool which borders the south of the City Centre making it easily accessible via car or public transport. Within the immediate area are a range of amenities and the property is also a short distance from Otterspool Park and Princes Park.

This property briefly comprises of, to the ground floor, an entrance porch, lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and to the first floor, two bedrooms. The property contains uPVC double glazing and gas central heating throughout and also benefits from a yard to the rear of the property.
Entering the property, you are greeted by the entrance porch which leads into the lounge/diner via a panelled door. This room is spacious and provides access to the first floor via the carpeted stairway and the kitchen via a panelled door to the rear of the room. There is a front aspect window and laminate to the floor. Into the kitchen, from here access is provided to the rear yard via a double-glazed back door. There are a range of fitted wall and floor units with integrated appliances consisting of an extractor and sink with drainer.
