Located on a road with fields to the front, this three bedroom mid terrace property is in a great location. Internally the accommodation is both spacious and has neutral decor. With a private garden offering a good degree of privacy to the rear, and open views to the front the accommodation briefly comprises; Entrance Hall, Living Room / Dining Room, Modern fitted kitchen, Three good sized bedrooms and a bathroom. The property is well located for the local amenities the village provides with further shopping in Prescot town centre which include the large Cables Retail Park. The village is located with access to Prescot town centre and benefits from all the local transport links Prescot provides such as access to the M57 motorways, local rail links and a good bus network.

Home Farm Road is a popular road, not only for its location, but also its views to the front. This particular property is a good example of a three bedroom home you can find on the road. Internally the accommodation is a good size and decorated to a neutral standard. With additions such as a modern kitchen and white bathroom suite the property requires minimal cosmetic works. Entering the property through the front door you step into the hallway. Stairs lead to the first floor whilst a door then leads into the living room. A room with a dual aspect, the living / dining room is a great size with French style doors leading out into the rear garden. Off the dining area the door leads into the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a modern range of wall and base units with work surfaces to compliment over. A further door leads from the kitchen into the rear garden. To the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms, and a bathroom. Both the main and third bedrooms look out onto the fields in front of the property whilst the bathroom and second bedroom look out over the rear garden.
