" VIEWINGS COMMENCE FROM 3RD AUGUST.
An outstanding coastal property with sea views. The flat is located just moments from Largo beach, we highly recommend a viewing to see the beauty of the area. This upper flat provides accommodation over two levels. The present owners have successfully rented their flat as a holiday let, proving to be a popular rental due to the tasteful presentation and outstanding beach side location. The majority of furnishings will be surplus to requirements and are therefore available by separate negotiation if required. Entry is gained into the rear of the property into an entrance vestibule which in turn connects to the hall. The L shaped hall leads to two double bedrooms, dining roombedroom 3 and a modern fitted kitchen. A staircase leads to the upper landing. The landing leads into a small study room and a magnificent lounge, laid with a stylish timber floor and enjoying an abundance of light provided via windows at the front and rear. The front dormer windows offer wonderful views onto the Firth of Forth. The specification includes double glazing and gas central heating. Externally, the gardens, as per the title deeds are communal with neighbouring properties. In recent years, owners have developed sections of garden to create seating and planted areas for their own use.
