" This lovely semi detached villa has been improved and upgraded to an exceptionally high standard. It enjoys a fine location in a popular and established residential area and is within a short walk of all amenities including primary school, shop, pub and railway station. The bungalow is beautifully presented and benefits from gas-fired central heating backed up with sealed unit double glazing and cavity wall insulation. There is a mixture of carpet and laminate floors throughout and all doors, facings and skirting's have been replaced with lovely natural wood. Entry to the property is by way of a practical vestibule where there is a large cloak cupboard. A further inner door leads to the hall, which gives access to all accommodation. There is a large cupboard housing the combi central heating boiler. The lounge is a good sized room located on the front of the property and having a large front facing bay window. The kitchen which is on the rear is fully fitted with wall and floor storage units, sink and drainer, oven, hob and extractor hood. The fridge freezer will be included in the sale price.
