" The scene is set the moment you arrive outside this wonderful looking property. On entering the good sized entrance hall, one is struck by a delightful feeling of space with its classic high elevations and the abundance of natural light flowing through the windows. The good sized sitting room extends into a lovely bay window and there is a very attractive cast iron feature fireplace with tiled inserts. Decorated in neutral tones this is a most wonderful room in which to relax. The nicely proportioned family room is double aspect over the wonderful rear garden which can be accessed via a wooden casement door and this lovely room also has a very attractive cast iron feature fireplace with tiled inserts and a wooden mantle. The fabulous kitchen breakfast room is split into two well defined areas and has a tiled floor throughout. The good sized breakfast room has lovely twin sash windows and there is plenty of space for a breakfast table and an archway leads into the large double aspect kitchen which overlooks the rear garden. It has an excellent range of fitted units and granite work surfaces and fitted appliances include a range style double oven, a four ring gas hob with separate hotplate, a dishwasher, a washing machine and separate tumble dryer and there is also space for a large American style fridge freezer. There is a fully tiled en suite shower room which has its own window and consists of a three piece suite to include a separate shower cubicle with a power shower, a white WC and a white pedestal wash hand basin with a mixer tap. There are a further three good sized bedrooms, two of which overlook the rear garden and are perfectly serviced by a fully tiled family bathroom consisting of a three piece white suite to include a panel enclosed bath with a Victorian style shower attachment above, a pedestal wash hand basin and a WC.
