" This charming property is a classic example of a 1930's family home, full of the character associated with the era and with the current owner having lived there for the last 50 years, there can be no doubt that it is a wonderful place to be! The owner has improved and maintained the property, retaining many of the classic original features which include an abundance of exposed oak beams, oak latch doors, architrave and skirting's throughout. The handsome rendered elevations belie the space this home offers, with the house orientated to the south, giving the principal accommodation maximum light and sunshine. Immediately upon entering, the welcoming entrance hall features the original oak strip flooring and an aspect through double doors to the dining room and the extensive gardens beyond. The triple aspect sitting room is an impressive room featuring a stone fireplace as its focal point together with french doors which open onto a sheltered loggia with a glorious outlook over the formal garden. The sizable dining room has an alternative aspect over the tennis court and garden beyond through a full width bay window. The modern kitchen is fitted with a range of cream cabinet and drawer units with timber effect preparation surfaces and incorporates an AEG oven and coordinating hob and offers a lovely view of the garden which is shared by the adjoining breakfast room, which also features a built in dresser with a glazed display cabinet.

From the entrance hall, a staircase rises to the spacious landing from which all 4 bedrooms and bathroom facilities radiate. The principal bedroom enjoys a double aspect over the formal garden and includes built in wardrobes, whilst the main adjoining bathroom, although not currently en suite, could easily be incorporated and features a modern white suite including a double end bath together with an extensive range of fitted wardrobes, making this an ideal dressing area. The 3 remaining bedrooms all have wonderful views over the tennis court and surrounding gardens, with all 3 rooms featuring fitted wardrobes. These currently share the 2 separate family bathroom and shower facilities. "
