" Positioned on the first floor of this purpose built development for over 55's is this modern immaculate and inviting two bedroom two bathroom apartment offering independent living in the centre of Byfleet village. Specifically chosen by the present owner, the appeal was end of block adjoining only two other apartments, one below and one next door. Inside, the lounge offers duel aspect and a Juliet balcony with views out towards the village. The apartment benefits from an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom. In both the living and bedroom one there is satellite TV whilst through the telephone there is a video entry system that allows you to screen who you are letting into the building via your television set. The lounge/dining room is open plan and connects to a separate fully integrated kitchen. Laurel Grange also offers a secure gated underground parking facility, scooter charging bays, all of which is accessible by a lift and stairs to all floors. Outside, there is the village green whilst within the secure confines of the development the ground level court yard has a scattering of benches and floral features.
