" Our vendor has owned this flat since new and it is beautifully presented and maintained. In total the accommodation extends to 1,023 sq ft and offers bright and airy accommodation with spacious double aspect lounge/dining with French doors overlooking and giving access out on the communal grounds. There is a good sized kitchen fitted with a matching range of wood fronted eye level and base units, with stainless steel integrated appliances and tiled flooring, and in addition there is a separate utility cupboard with space and plumbing for washing machine.
