" It's bells and whistles from top to bottom as the owner of this property has really gone the extra mile to ensure that the materials used and craftsmanship are top of the class. The property boasts under floor heating to every room and all sanitary ware is a combination of Villeroy and Bosch and Hansgrohe, the property is wired for cat 5 and has in integral speaker system to the principal reception rooms. As the front door opens you are greeted by the voluminous entrance hall which has an expanse of white ceramic floor tiles drawing your eye through the family room to a view of the rear garden, all of the reception rooms are accessible. Solid oak double doors open on to the living room which is a wonderful size and is flooded with natural light by an almost full length set of double glazed windows.
