" As you walk through the communal front door to the communal entrance hall, you are then virtually at your front door. What first strikes you is how easy the access is for your shopping! The hallway is a good size with a storage cupboard and the kitchen is to the left with a large double glazed window and a range of eye and base units and ample wooden work tops, space for fridge/freezer, fitted oven with four ring gas hob and extractor hood above, plumbing for dish washer and washing machine. The bathroom is modern and has a 3 piece white suite with a wall mounted shower above the bath with fully tiled walls. There are two double bedrooms, the master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and the current owners have cleverly created an en suite shower room with low level wc, wash hand basin and enclosed shower cubicle. From Bedroom one there is double glazed sliding doors with direct access to the communal gardens. Bedroom two also has fitted wardrobes and a double glazed window with front aspect. The lounge/dining room is a very good size and has direct access via double glazed sliding doors to the well kept communal grounds. There is wooden flooring throughout and the property has lovely high ceilings which is unusual for a property of this age.
