" Built in 1904 this very appealing semi detached character property is packed with lots of original period features and a superb rear garden. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and includes two charming reception rooms. The living room is very inviting with bay- fronted design and window seat in addition to a solid stone fireplace with open chimney currently housing a wood burning stove (not included). Further notable features include the original black and white quarry tiled hallway, solid reclaimed oak flooring on the ground floor with new oak flooring upstairs. The kitchen has also been updated, again in keeping with the character, offering contrasting white and solid beech surfaces. The bathroom is a good size including a separate shower and three piece suite finished in natural stone coloured tiling on the floor and walls. Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms again with original cast iron fireplaces and built in wardrobes/cupboards in all three bedrooms.
