" The setting of Ashley Park is just perfect for family living and commuters alike with both Walton's rejuvenated high street facilities plus the mainline railway station just moments away. Our clients over recent times have restored key areas with numerous examples of original features creating that special atmospheric ambience. The impressive entrance with stone surround to the large reception hall with polished wood flooring spanning through to the principal triple aspect drawing room which is arranged in two distinct areas. The dining room is a perfect size for entertaining and overlooks the glorious gardens whilst ideally positioned for the kitchen/breakfast room. There are three further free-flowing reception areas ideal for family living and informal dinner parties with numerous examples of original joinery, feature arched doors/windows and selection of Limestone fireplaces.
