" Ashley Park is one of the South of England's most sought after gated estates providing a manicured environment very much appealing to family orientated buyers and commuters alike. Walton's high street facilities are right on your doorstep providing a cosmopolitan mix of bars, restaurant's and retail outlets. For commuters the mainline railway station is just a short stroll away providing an excellent service to London Waterloo. Thoughtfully designed individually by our clients over the last decade the configuration layout is hugely impressive expressing family living at its best all ideally proportioned arranged over three floors. The perfect atmosphere and balance ensures a blend of contemporary and gracious styling with the East/West orientation capturing plenty of natural light. Very much the dynamic part is the kitchen/breakfast/family room designed by Richard Baker of Wimbledon and extensively fitted with a selection of Oak/Walnut units entwined with granite work surfaces.
