" Dale Farm Cottages is a fine Victorian home offering 1,218 sq ft of beautifully appointed accommodation. The house is of brick construction, with part weatherboarded elevations under a tiled roof. The property has been extended to the side to provide excellent additional versatile accommodation that could be reconfigured to provide annex accommodation. The cottage has undergone sympathetic refurbishment and not only does the home benefit from well-presented accommodation but also retains a high degree of character with a wonderful homely feel. In recent years work to the property includes new floor coverings, redecoration and the installation of bespoke double glazed windows; wonderfully in keeping with the original style of the property. The property provides charming accommodation and given the quality of the home a viewing is highly recommended.

Accommodation The accommodation comprises covered entrance porch leading to front door. A small entrance hall, with a useful wooden shelf and coat hooks under, gives access to both the sitting room and the kitchen breakfast rooms which are positioned to the front of the property. The sitting room
