" An excellent 1930's semi-detached house, originally built as railway workers cottages and now offering versatile four bedroom accommodation with a large open plan kitchen/dining/family room and situated close to the town's facilities.

The Property
Stepping through the front entrance door takes you into the excellent open plan kitchen/dining/family room with it's ceramic tiled flooring with underfloor heating. This spacious room has French doors at the rear and a window to the front overlooking the deep front garden. There is a good range of fitted cupboards with a double 'Butler' style sink and a 'Smeg' cooking range (which could be available by separate negotiation). To the front, stairs rise to the first floor and to the rear you find a large built in cupboard, which is also where the gas central heating boiler is housed. A door leads you through to a rear lobby and access to the rear garden, this is also useful utility area. The shower room is off to your right, this has a corner shower cubicle, W.C. and hand basin. Further on at the rear you will find a good sized room which could be used as the fourth bedroom or a work space or further reception room. French doors open out to the extensive patio to the rear of the house.
