" The fact that the owner has lived at this property for over fifty years, immediately created the impression to us that this property must be situated in a very desirable area.Being double fronted the property benefits from plenty of natural light in our opinion the property feels spacious throughout, starting with two reception rooms, the kitchen, generous size rear garden. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a good size single, a family bathroom, and to the rear of the property the garden is larger than average and by virtue of the fact and we feel that there should be potential to extend in the future subject to relevant planning consents.

I have lived in this property for over fifty years. I originally decided to purchase the property as I wanted to start a family and liked the fact that there were good local schools within walking distance of this property.Over the years Redbridge has changed for the better, and we now have both local shops and tube station within walking distance of my home. One thing I have enjoyed about this property is the garden which I feel is a good size and it is with heavy heart that I now need to downsize as my family have left home.
