" This is an excellent family size 1930's style house situated in the Newbury Park area.This house benefits from having a side access and a spacious through lounge. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The loft space has been converted as an additional fourth bedroom with an en-suite. There is a good size mature garden and a driveway to the front of the house to accommodate at least two cars.Any additional works a new owner would do could only add value to this property.

This has been a lovely family home to us. The road is friendly and there is a good school close by. This house has been ideal for our parties and family gatherings. We have regular barbeques in the summer and we lounge on the wooden decking area relaxing with our family and friends.Having a side access to our home has been ideal for taking bikes in and out without going through the house itself.
