" One of the nicest things about the location of this property is the aspect to the rear. The Aldborough Hatch area consists of quiet pretty roads dotted with a few amenities. This property backs onto the open land so it really has that semi rural feel.The property itself would be a fantastic first time buy or even as a family home that potentially can grow with you. This property has two reception rooms, although I have seen many on this road that have been converted into one through lounge. People have also extended to the rear and sometimes even gone into the loft. The property itself does need a little updating although the bathroom is modern.The off road parking at the front is certainly big enough for a family car although as mentioned the road is quiet and parking is never a problem.The reason the current owner is moving is to be closer to her family who have now moved out of the area.Having sold similar properties recently, I am sure this property will receive lots of interest, so don't delay book your viewing today.

I have lived in this property for many years and really have enjoyed every minute of it. I love the area and in the mornings when the sun is shining or the frost is on the ground the rear view is simply breathtaking.I have got to know many people in the street over the years and there is a great community feel here. The size has been perfect for me although I know many people like to extend their properties, I have found mine sufficient even on family occasions.I hope the fitted wardrobes will come in useful for the new owner and I am sure somebody could spend many happy hours in my garden.
