" Good community spirit, quiet, local schools, close to station, all words that can be used to describe the location of Willingale Road. The current owner moved into the property about fourteen years ago, they have owned the property out right for about seven or eight years now. In that time they have fitted a new kitchen, a new bathroom suite and had the driveway completely re done to a brick blocked drive They have completely redecorated the property and made the garden a beautiful place to relax with decked area and the remainder shingle. The convenience of this property is ideal with the Broadway literally being at the end of your road with an array of shops and Debden Station a little further on. If you have young children there are some playing fields and swings and slides close by. Willingale Road is ready to move into for any buyer as it has been decorated to a high standard throughout. This can only be appreciated with immediate viewing.

I moved into this property about fourteen years ago and had the opportunity to purchase it outright about seven or eight years back. There has always been a great sense of community and is a quiet area. Having the station within walking distance is also handy as it makes travelling into London so much more convenient. I have done a number of things within the property within the last few years, the garden feels pretty secluded and is just heaven. I will be sad to leave here but times change. We will be leaving with some great memories.
