" Searching for a solid 3 bed semi with plenty of living space? 3 reception rooms give this property plenty of choice and flexibility to suit your needs whatever they may be. There's lots to like about this house both inside and out so come and take a look. It could be perfect for you.

One of the first things that strike you as you step inside this property is how light and airy it is.
You'll also notice that most of the wood has been stripped of paint giving skirting boards, doors and staircase a real rustic feel.

To the left is the lounge. A bright bay windowed room with a feature chimney breast, complete with recess, which adds real character.
The floating shelves mean you'll soon be able to personalise this room with your own trinkets.

On your right off the hallway is another reception room converted from the single integral garage.
This room has been put to great use over the years and has had many purposes. You'll have fun deciding what it will be to you. Will it be a gym, a dining room, an office, a den for the kids or an additional sitting room? You may well have other plans.

There's a downstairs cloaks off the hallway and beyond this the kitchen/diner area.
You'll be very pleasantly surprised by the amount of space there actually is here. There's not only room for a dining table but also a comfy sofa or two. Whether you like entertaining friends or enjoy having the family round you're going to absolutely love the fact that this space provides the perfect backdrop for this.
The good range of modern cabinets in the kitchen area together with plenty of work surfaces also makes this very practical.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and the family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are doubles, the Master being very generous in size. Positioned to the front of the property it offers a great vantage point for those of you who like to watch the world go by.

The family bathroom has a white suite and the walls are semi tiled. There is a shower over the bath.

I mentioned earlier that this property has a lot to offer both inside and out. Lets step outside to find out more.

The back garden to this property truly is an oasis of calm.
It's obvious that the present owners love spending time out here and it's easy to see why. Not only is it private but you only have to take a couple of steps out of the kitchen to the outside patio area. Imagine yourself in this beautiful sun trap, perhaps sipping on a chilled drink from the fridge near by. What a wonderful area to sit and socialise when the weather permits and the view is non too shabby either! The garden stretches out before you. A mix of gravel, brick circles, trellis and in the distance,a covered bench. In addition a beautiful water feature placed relatively centrally babbles away therapeutically. Assorted plants provide a splash of colour.
All in all this low maintenance area is everything you could wish for if you love a garden but don't like the hard work that usually comes with it. You really can just sit back and enjoy the view.

The front of the property is laid mainly to concrete and gravel and there is room to park 2 cars.

So if the above seems to tick all the right boxes for you don't delay. Take action and turn your dream into reality. Opportunities like this just don't come along too regularly.
