" What an opportunity to get on the housing ladder. There's an awful lot of house on offer here and it's in move into condition. Whether you're a family or just a couple starting out come and see how this could be just perfect for you.

Block paving to the front of this property provides room for two cars to be parked. This is a huge bonus as it means you won't have to look for on road parking and neither will family or friends when they call.

You get a real sense of space from the moment you open the doorway and step inside the hall. There's a seamless flow of laminate from here into the lounge which is off to your right hand side. This is a lovely family room with fire surround, mantelpiece and electric fire in situ.

Further down the hallway to your right is the kitchen diner. There's a fabulous range of fitted furniture in here and plenty of room for a table and chairs. Laminate flooring means easy maintenance - always a plus if you have a young family or are simply just busy and short on time. A large window provides a great view of the back garden so if you do have young children you've a great vantage point here from which to keep your eye on them.

Beyond the kitchen is a good sized utility area then a rear hallway with a spacious store room and a WC. There's also a door leading out into the back garden.

Upstairs there are two really good sized double bedrooms, a single and the family bathroom. All the bedrooms have built in storage which you will find extremely useful. The bathroom is modern and has a shower over the bath - again a real bonus if you lead a busy life.

The garden to the rear is secured all round by a wooden fence and is laid to lawn beyond the mix of concrete and pavers that you step out onto from the back door.
It's a very safe have for kids to play or in fact for you to sit out with family and friends in the warmer months and simply relax and enjoy the rays.
