" This well proportioned first floor apartment forms part of an attractive development located within an established walled site, just a short walk from the centre of Swanland - one of the area's most highly sought residential locations. Swanland is a picturesque village located to the west side of Hull and is conveniently placed for access to the city and many other routes. The building offers smartly presented communal reception areas and individual apartments laid out over two storeys served by elevators. A house manager is available and the property is equipped with lifeline alarm systems. Number 40 was built as a two-bedroom apartment though has been altered to create a second reception area in the former second bedroom though this, in the agents' opinion, could be readily reconfigured to the original format if required.
