This property was the former village Blacksmith's. Being located in a popular rural village, with a well-regarded primary school, public house, village hall and impressive parish church. It has a thriving, friendly community and is located within 3 miles of Bromyard. There are more extensive shopping facilities in Leominster (9 miles) and Hereford (12 miles).

The property was completely refurbished and extended in 2008 with a new roof added. The house is bright and airy and has great storage. Internally, the accommodation comprises of:

The property has oil-fired central heating, mains electric, water and drainage.

The property has a pretty cottage garden to the fore and a larger gently sloping lawned garden with totally secluded decked area and large patio directly accessed from both the kitchen and lounge.
