Introduction This homely three bedroom attached cottage situated in a quiet position on the edge of Luston benefits from a lawned garden and boasts an array of character features to include exposed beams, fireplace and wooden flooring. Offering deceptively spacious accommodation comprising: kitchen, living room, three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Property description A wooden front door leads to an open hallway with the kitchen immediately to your left and the living room to your right. The kitchen is of a good size and allows space for a dining table, with fitted units, exposed beams and tiled flooring. The living room also has exposed ceiling beams, and an inset open fireplace with a tiled hearth and a wooden mantel.
To the first floor is the family bathroom, which is of a good size and consists of a three piece white suite, storage cupboards and a window to the front. Bedroom one is located on the first floor with dual aspect windows, exposed beams and built in cupboard. To the second floor is an open landing with a storage area and doors to two further bedrooms. Location The village of Luston is conveniently located for the amenities of Leominster only three miles away and the historic market town of Ludlow approximately nine miles away which offers festivals, fairs and wealth of history and many restaurants.
