" The Property
A lovely spacious family home, occupying a generous plot, with good off road parking for several vehicles.
On the ground floor there are four reception rooms, which include a spacious sitting room, with fireplace and gas fire. There is a family room to the front of the house and a large dining room at the back with study. The spacious Kitchen complements the living space, with doors opening on to the garden. It is comprehensively fitted with cream Shaker style cupboards and granite worktops, together with a large island unit and there is a large utility room with access into the integral garage.
There are five excellent bedrooms, a lovely master suite and a further guest ensuite and family bathroom.
Outside the gardens are an excellent size, offering a high degree of privacy. The driveway then offers space to park several vehicles, with in and out access.

Location
Situated within half a kilometre there are local shops, a 24 hour Euro Garage, and a regular bus service into Heathrow and High Wycombe. The New Town offers an excellent range of shops including Waitrose, Sainsburys and M&S, the Chiltern rail main line station serving London Marylebone (30 mins) and the Midlands, and is home to the famous Beckonscot model village. The old Town also has a wealth of pubs and restaurants and numerous local retailers. Sporting interests are well catered for by David Lloyd Centre approx. 1.5 kms, with a gym, tennis courts and a swimming pool. Additional sports facilities are offered by Stoke Park and there are golf courses at Beaconsfield, Wycombe Heights and Hazlemere.
