" To the front of the property there is an attractive slate chipping driveway with parking for 3 cars and access to the rear garden via a secure wooden side gate.

The front door leads into a reception area and a glazed door opens into the light and spacious sitting room. There is an electric fire and a very useful workstation provided with natural light from a leaded window.

Double glazed doors open into the spacious kitchen/dining area with stable style door opening out to the patio and garden. The kitchen has a range of base units with continuous worktop over inset with 1ยฝ bowl stainless steel sink with mixer tap over and tiled splash backs. There are matching eyelevel cabinets with some glass fronted units and display shelving. There is space and plumbing for dishwasher, space and plumbing for washing machine, space for freestanding fridge freezer and space for freestanding oven with stainless steel extractor over.
