" A detached family home at the heart of the New Town of Beaconsfield, within half a mile of the Chiltern mainline to London Marylebone. The property now offers an option for development or extension (subject to the usual Planning Consents).    The accommodation comprises on the ground floor of entrance hallway, with doors to the principal reception rooms of sitting room, dining room with attractive bay window and kitchen/breakfast room with access to a cloakroom and conservatory.   On the first floor is the master bedroom suite with dressing room and en-suite shower room, three further bedrooms and the family bathroom and separate cloakroom.

Situation
Located within this popular residential road of detached family houses, the area is sought after due to its close proximity to local schooling. This coupled with immediate access to the A40 and walking routes allowing access to both Old and New Towns, make this a desirable proposition.    Beaconsfield Mainline Station to Marylebone (fast train approx. 25 minutes) is located approximately 0.6 miles distant.   Good access to the motorway network at Junctions 2 and 3 of the M40 gives access to the national motorway network and airports.
