" Originally part of the Metropolitan Railway development, this house has been significantly extended in recent years by the current owner to create a well presented and versatile family home. The front door opens into a lobby and then to the hallway with an engineered oak floor, which extends to most of the ground floor. To one side a room a room which would be ideal for a study, currently used as a β€˜boot roomβ€˜. The main reception room on the right of the hall has a bay window to the front of the house and separate dining and sitting areas, created by removing the dividing wall, to make a magnificent entertaining and family space. Both areas have decorative open fireplaces. From this room is a further reception room, currently used as a home office with built in shelves, but also suitable for a variety of purposes. The kitchen/breakfast room has been extended to the rear and has a range of wall and base units in a painted finish and a built in Welsh style dresser. There are spaces for a gas range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a ceramic sink with mixer tap. The family bathroom has an over bath shower, basin and WC. The house benefits from gas central heating and double glazing.

Situated in a highly sought after and convenient location, the property is within 0.2 miles of Amersham station via footbridge and onward to all the various shopping and amenities of Amersham on the Hill. Despite close proximity to local facilities, it is a very quiet and peaceful environment.
