" This charming 1930's detached residence has been thoughtfully extended and refurbished over recent years to provide stylish accommodation, ideally suited for family living. The property is approached to the front via a spacious entrance hall with an attractive tiled floor. This leads down to an impressive open plan kitchen that incorporates a dining area and family room; all of which offer views and direct access (from the family room) onto the rear terrace and garden. This entire area also provides under floor heating. The kitchen itself boasts an extensive range of cream coloured units, complimented by solid wood work tops and a granite composite breakfast bar. Integrated appliances include a range oven, wine cooler and butler sink with waste disposal unit. Provisions have also been made for a dishwasher and an American style fridge freezer.
