" DESCRIPTION
Cesare & Co have been favoured with the instructions to sell this attractive semi-detached home situated within a cul de sac location in the Grove area of Tring. The property is entered via a double glazed lead lite door to an entrance porch with cloaks hanging cupboard, a part glazed door leading to the entrance hall with a ground floor cloakroom to side. The sitting room has an open fireplace with marble hearth and wooden surround, double doors leading to the family room, with doors to the rear garden. The kitchen has been replaced by the present owners and now benefits from built in appliances and solid Oak work tops. The dining room is to the side of the kitchen with Velux windows to ceiling. The historic small market town of Tring is surrounded by beautiful Chilterns countryside and yet only a few miles away from routes providing excellent access to London.
