This semi detached home has been tastefully decorated to create a beautiful modern country styled open plan living space. 

The large kitchen/dining room has an open fire, oak flooring with under floor heating, exposed oak beam, and doors out to a large patio area and landscaped garden. The kitchen is fitted with shaker style units, integrated dishwasher and fridge-freezer, stainless steel SMEG range cooker, oak work tops and butler sink.

In addition, there is a 17ft sitting Room with oak flooring, exposed oak beams and a beautiful open fire. This room too has doors to the patio.

The main entrance hall has an original terracotta tiled floor leading to a newly refurbished cloakroom. 

On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms and one single/study bedroom.  All bedrooms have oak flooring and two have original brick built fire places. All three of the double bedrooms have beautiful views of the fields and countryside beyond.

South Heath is a small hamlet on the edge of the Chilterns offering a variety of country walks through open fields and woodland. Great Missenden (approx. 1.25 miles) offers specialised shopping and a mainline station to London Marylebone (40 minutes fast train). The A413 provides access via the A40/M40. Buckinghamshire is renowned for its State and Private education, including bus routes to several schools including Dr Challoner's School running through the village.
