From High Wycombe town centre proceed east along the A40/London Road. Proceed straight across two mini roundabouts and over two sets of traffic lights at Wycombe Marsh Retail Park. Proceed past the Sytner BMW Garage and at the next mini roundabout turn left into Gomm Road. Proceed up this road and take the second of the two turnings on the right hand side into Freer Crescent. Continue along this road and take a right hand turning and then immediately left which accesses the car parking for Aspen Court.

•1.5 month’s rent as deposit In addition the tenant will be responsible for the cost of the check out at the end of the tenancy. This is a variable cost and can be between £0 and £195 depending on the size of the property and the level of furnishing. 

 All administration fees are received on the basis of being subject to contract, references and Landlord’s approval. The only time that this administration fee is returnable is if the landlord decides not to proceed.
