" I just love being here next to the Nidd Gorge, all the birds just make life so pleasant but then I suppose I'm a bit biased. Having said that I think my owner has enjoyed living here too. Just because I'm next door to all these lovely walks doesn't mean you've got to go and buy a Barbour or Hunter Wellies but it may help if your going off to enjoy all the foot paths that can be accessed from just a few hundred yards away. Mind you if you put up a few bird feeders you'll get to see all sorts in the garden, maybe even a squirrel or two.

Inside I've got a great living room with a big bay window, a large dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar and double doors onto the garden, just great for those summer bar-be-cue's with friends. I love those evenings with the house filled with the sound of laughter and folks chatting.

Upstairs I've got two double bedrooms and a decent single room which is currently used as an office.

Outside I've got a front garden, a back garden and a single garage although I don't think it's seen a car as my drive is nice and long. If you don't fancy driving into town there's a great bus service (2b) every half hour or so.
